All website content, branding, design, and materials owned by Wireframe Web Solution remain our property. Ownership of custom deliverables created for a client transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wireframe Web Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

9. Termination

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
